Radhakrishna Pai is a Mumbai-based Architect with hands-on experience crafting spaces that merge innovation with functionality. After graduating from Manipal School of Architecture and Planning, he has refined his skills working at renowned firms in the country, including Venkataramanan Associates and Architect Hafeez Contractor, contributing to a range of projects across a wide spectrum of project scales and typology – from compact, detail-driven spaces to massive, multi-phase developments.

He is associated with work spanning over 2.5+ million sq ft of built area, including key roles in contributing to Vista Spaces The Earth Centre (1 million sqft commercial project). He contributed to all stages – from concept to GFC - and managed full coordination with consultants. Among the premier projects, he lead the design of highrise residential & commercial towers, lead the elevation design of Bhagwati Inaaya, a multi-tower residential redevelopment project in Mumbai; lead the design and execution of the Serenity, a G+21 storey apartment tower in Navi Mumbai. He also contributed to the design of Vista Padmalaya, a boutique apartment project in Bangalore.

Bringing together architecture and finance, he gained experience at Tass Investment Advice in Mumbai (part of TFS Group India), focusing on realty advisory, real estate investment banking, and investments – adding a strategic layer to his design approach, which includes integration of AI tools and data-informed workflows providing strategic insights such as financial impact assessments.
